The problem with Earth-E as a whole is that as far as I know, it was never actually mentioned in a comic book - it's existence was instead postulated in a fanzine - so how can we mention it? Please correct me if I'm wrong.
I think instead we need to just point out that the "chronicles aren't consistent," or something like that.

if you see the Earth-E entry you can see how I resloved this issue. That said this Ardora Luthor of Earth-E entry is worthless, it needs more info, that is the issue here.
