The proprietor of Mart Mink Used Auto Parts, a large Metropolis auto-parts dealership where stolen cars are secretly broken up into parts and sold to the unsuspecting public. Superman, who is hampered by temporary amnesia during this period as a result of having allowed himself to be used as a subject in the testing of an unperfected brain-studying device at the Metropolitan Clinic, finally apprehends Mink and his henchmen in January-February 1945 (S No. 32/1: "Superman's Search for Clark Kent!").
