Joseph Silver

Joseph Silver was a scientist in a dream-research facility in the city of Metropolis, who invented a dream-based time machine that allowed his astral body to travel back in time and possess his own teenage body. This also gave him special dream-based super powers, which he used to become Astralad in order to one up Superboy and Clark Kent (NSB No. 4, Apr 1980: "Look At Me World, I'm Astralad!").
