Harry Winters

An "average American" closely resembling Superman who, thrust unexpectedly into a series of dangerous situations as the result of being clad in a Superman masquerade costume, heroically impersonates Superman in order to help the Man of Steel apprehend a gang of criminals (S No. 127, Feb 1959: "The Make-Believe Superman!").
