The “press representative†of “eminent astrologer†Abou Sabut. Embittered because, unbeknownst to the world at large, it is he who performs Abou Sabut's “actual astrological work†while Sabut retains “the big name and... most of the profits,†Nelson concocts an elaborate scheme to frame Sabut for a series of crimes so that he can railroad him to prison and seize control of his finances, but Nelson is apprehended by Superman before his scheme can succeed (S No. 16/2, May/Jun 1942).
