Mark Mulloy

MULLOY, MARK. A fugitive criminal and infamous “super-swindler” who exacts a promise from Superman to fulfill seven of his wishes, in return for Superman’s having extracted some Gold ore and a fossil from an area fifty miles beneath Mulloy’s property without thinking to ask Mulloy’s permission, only to have Superman outwit him at every turn when he attempts to use Superman’s services for self-enrichment. Mulloy is finally taken into custody by Baldy, the elderly caretaker of Mulloy’s property and a longtime admirer of Superman (S No. 130/2, Jul 1959: “The Super-Servant of Crime”) (TGSB).
