A revenge-mad genius who, having successfully acquired "vast wealth" as an inventor, constructs a weird, rocket-powered "sky-vessel" and eight former members of Elkhart University's Pi Theta Dau fraternity aboard it as part of a fiendishly elaborate scheme to annihilate them all in retaliation for the death of his brother during a Pi Theta Dau hazing some twenty years earlier. Jenkins murders four of his intended victims and attempts unsuccessfully to kill the others before he is finally apprehended by Superman in Fall 1942 (WF No. 7: "The Eight Doomed Men"). (TGSB)
