Freddy Freeman is a paper boy in Fawcett City on Earth-S who was badly injured and lost the use of his legs during a battle between Captain Marvel and Captain Nazi. Captain Marvel ultimately grants him a portion of his powers so that when Freddy Freedman says the magic words "CAPTAIN MARVEL!" he is magically turned into the mighty super-hero Captain Marvel, Jr.!
