DCCP No. 10 cover by Ross Andru

An alias employed by Superman after a powerful bomb explodes that not only sends Superman back into the past during WWII but also gave him total amnesia. In this past, he fights along side Sgt. Rock and Easy Company.

Tag-Along becomes a mixed blessing for Easy Company, one example being when a German tank attacks them. Tag-Along has the unit's bazooka, but Clark's forgotten vow never to take a life subconciously prevents him from firing it. Fortunately, when Clark pounds the ground in frustration, he inadvertantly creates an earthquake with the shockwaves and allows Easy Company to destroy the tank.

Shortly, Superman's memory returns and he resolves to protect Easy Company, first from an attacking war plane and then, by destroying a Nazi outpost before faking his death to fool the company. Allowing himself to be buried, Superman digs himself out and returns to the present day.
