General Zod

Dru Zod (General). General Zod is possibly the most dangerous Phantom Zone prisoner that Superman has ever encountered.

Originating from the planet Krypton, he was head of the Krypton Space Center. Although information is sketchy as to what his role actually was, it is certain that he was a well liked member of the team that engineered Krypton's space flight program. But this wasn't enough, and the ambitious General decided to populate Krypton with emotionless android duplicates of himself. Of course Superman's father Jor-El found out about this and the invasion was eventually stopped. Zod was then banished to the Phantom Zone, where he still lies in wait for an opportunity to strike at the son of the man who imprisoned him.
