A Metropolis "racket-leader" who with a henchman, smuggles himself into the Superman Museum in an effort to steal some of the "powerful weapons and instruments Superman has taken away from criminal scientists." The criminals are apprehended at the museum by Superman. (Act No. 228, May 1957: Superman's Super Skyscraper")
