Mike Foss
An unscrupulous movie producer who tricks Superman into signing a contract committing him to perform three daredevil stunts in Foss’s forthcoming motion picture, only to have Superman outwit Foss and foil the scheme, while faithfully abiding by the terms of the contract, by performing the stunts in such a way as to make it impossible for Foss to capture them on film (Act No. 120, May 1948: “Superman, Stunt Man!â€) (TGSB).
