Superboy II is not an official story name for a character. These entries should be combined into an "Alternate Superboy" entry, not given false names. There is no need to mention Earth-1 in tales of Superboy, he is always from Earth-. Also, please add no comments to entries like "this entry refers", Supermanica uses a first person account format where stories are referred to as events or when conflicting as "conflicting tellings or accounts".
