World-renowned psychic who has the ability to read Superman's mind and dicover his secret identity. Working for a female gangster, Vixon's attempt at a mental connection causes severe psychic disturbances that go awry and transfer the knowledge briefly to Lois Lane (SGLL No. 130, Apr 1973: "The Mental Murder!").
