Kil-Lor

A would-be tyrant and dictator of the planet Krypton whose plot to overthrow the Kryptonian government and seize control of the planet is thwarted by Superman when, having journeyed back across the time-space barrier to Krypton at a time predating the marriage of his own parents (see Jor-El; Lara), the Man of Steel tricks the super-powered Kil-Lor into killing himself by overexposure to Kryptonite (S No. 123, Aug 1958: chs. 1-3 ”The Girl of Steel”; “The Lost Super-Powers”; “Superman’s Return to Krypton”).
