One-time henchman of Lex Luthor who, after plastic surgery, exactly resembles Superman and poses as the Man of Steel in a hoax designed by Luthor to trick the world into giving him atomic weapons (Act No. 271/1, Dec 1960: "Voyage to Dimension X!").
