Mobster that tries to procure Professor Adolphus Runyan's special gas-mask-penetrating gas. Superman catches him and forces him to confess he was working for Lubane.
He is sentenced to die in the electric chair along with two of his henchmen (S No. 2/2, Sep 1939).
