Valued butler and trusted confidante of Bruce Wayne and Dick Grayson, alias Batman and Robin. Pennyworth is privy to the secret of the Dynamic Duo's dual identities, as well as that of their colleague Superman a.k.a. Clark Kent (First Appearance: Batman No. 16, Apr/May 1943: "Here Comes Alfred").
