Ultraman of Earth-3
The evil counterpart to Superman from Earth-3. Earth-3 is one of the many Parallel-Worlds that Superman has encountered in his many adventures. On Earth-3, Jur-Ul sent his son from the planet Krypton (which in this universe did not explode) to Earth. There under exposure from kryptonite (the source of this Green-K is unknown, since Krypton did not explode), he gained extraordinary powers and became the villian Ultraman. Ultraman gains a new super power with each exposure. He became part of the super villain group called the Crime Syndicate of America.
Ultraman's first appearance was in Justice League of America No. 29, Aug 1964: "Crisis on Earth-Three!". His first appearance in a canonical book was in DC Comics Presents Annual No. 1 (1982) in a story entitled "Crisis on Three Earths!".
