Bizarro-Perry White was created when according to Bizarro No.1: "Me came to Earth with Duplicator Ray and shined its ray on Perry White, creating imperfect, unliving Bizarro imitation of Him! Bizarro newspaper, The Daily Htrae, needs new editor because old editor retured, Bizarro-White make great editor!" (Adv No. 288, Sep 1961: "Jimmy Olsen's Kookie Scoops!").
