Dr. Reese Kearns
A scientist whose reputation was once ruined when he predicted that a meteor would strike Metropolis. Years later, he interviews Superman and asks him what his first exploit might have been. Superman recalls leaving the rocket transporting him to Earth as a baby and fighting an alien monster on an asteroid in space. When he returns to his rocket, the infant Kal-El changes the meteor's trajectory and causes it to go off course and miss the city of Metropolis. Therefore, Dr. Kearns's original hypothesis is shown to have been accurate after all (S No. 106, Jul 1956: "Superman's First Exploit!").
