Cy Horkin
A musical agent and rock-and-roll promoter, Cy Horkin actually has more nefarious plans. He uses a diabolical electronic brain to transmit subliminal commands to teens listening to lyrics at rock concerts that he is sponsoring. Superman, who as Clark Kent has just been transferred by Morgan Edge to WGBS reporter, is able to uncover Horkin's plot and stop his plan before it gets too out of hand (Act No. 398, Mar 1971: "The Pied Piper of Steel!").
