The "vivacious" lover of Ren-Re.
Tar-Lu is a beautiful young woman skilled in "sientific fight-training." Forbidden to wed her lover she pursuades him to leave the city of his family and journey to a new city. Because they kill Ren-Re's brother while escaping, the pair are remembered by the "Lovers's Stars," twin celestial bodies that are seen as omens of Krypton's doom (S No.255/2, Aug 1972: "The Fabulous World of Krypton: Moon-Crossed Love!).
