The sons of the original Newsboy Legion from the 1940s, Tommy, Big Words, Gabby, Scrapper and a scuba lovin' additon to the team, Flippa-Dippa. The modern Newsboy Legion, in their high tech, Whiz Wagon, teamed with Superman and his pal, Jimmy Olsen in a series of mind bending adventures ranging from meeting the Hairies, visiting the complex secret world of The DNA Project, a clone of the original Guardian and battling Darkseid's minions who unleashed The Four-Armed Terror.
