Kell Orr
A young man from the planet Xenon who bears an uncanny resemblance to Superman. Kell Orr is the son of Zoll Orr, a scientist of the planet Xenon, who is a perfect look-alike for Superman's father Jor-El. In February 1958, with Superman's permission, Kell Orr visits Earth, where he impersonates Superman and carries out his various super-heroic duties while Superman is busy on Xenon attempting to avert a planetary cataclysm (S No. 119: "The Second Superman!" chs. 1-3—"The World That Was Krypton's Twin"; "A Double for Superman"; "Superman's Mightiest Quest").
