Antennae Boy has the ability to receive and broadcast radio waves from any wavelength as well as transmissions from the past as well as the future.
Rejected by the Legion of Super Heroes in the 30th century for displaying a lack of control over his powers, which produced an annoying noisy racket and seemed to tune into alternate realities, Antennae Boy would later join the Legion of Substitute Heroes (Adv No.305, Feb 1963: "The Secret of the Mystery Legionnaire!" & DCCP No.59, Jul 1983: "Ambush Bug II").
