A scientist with S.T.A.R. Labs who confronts the Galactic Golem in the act of stealing an energy-charged meteoroid. After failing to stop the Golem by hitting it with a stick, Potter and his colleague, astro-technician Bert Smith, describe their encounter to WGBS reporter Clark Kent (S No.258, Nov. 1972: "Fury of the Energy-Eater!").
