A deranged actor—once renowned as "the movies' greatest gangster" but in recent years the victim of "a mental breakdown because he couldn't get a movie role," a breakdown that has left him scarred with the delusion that he is the gangster "Little Napoleon," whose role he created for the screen—who abducts Clark Kent and Lois Lane at gunpoint in the lunatic belief that Kent is John Dillinger and Lane is his gun moll, with the intention of using them as his accomplices in "the heist of the century." Superman ultimately cures Babson of his mental disorder with the aid of some psychiatric equipment from the Bottle City of Kandor, then helps the actor stage a comeback by finding him a role on television (S No. 173/1, Nov 1964: "The 'Untouchable' Clark Kent!").
