An alias employed by Superman during a time-journey to 16th century England when, at the urging of Queen Elizabeth I, he assumes the fictitious identity of Captain Kent the Terrible, “The Cruelest, deadliest pirate of all timeâ€, as part of an elaborate ploy to defeat the Spanish Armada (S No. 89, May 1954: “Captain Kent the Terrible!â€).
