Faora Hu-Ul

A vicious serial killer whose mastery of the Kryptonian martial art of Horu-Kanu makes her one of the Phantom Zone’s deadliest inhabitants. On Krypton, Faora Hu-UL operated a concentration camp, which she filled with all of the males that she hated. These men were lured there by her beauty and then imprisoned. When Faora grew tired of tormenting a particular prisoner, she arranged to kill him. This behavior is responsible for the deaths of 23 of these so-called "prisoners". Following Jax-Ur's sentence of life imprisonment for the destruction of the moon of Wegthor and it's 500 inhabitants, Faora Hu-Ul was given the second longest known sentence of incarceration within the Phantom Zone - three hundred years (Act No. 471, May 1977: "One Of Our Phantoms Is Missing!").
