Newsboy Legion
The sons of the original Newsboy Legion from the 1940s, Tommy, Big Words, Gabby, Scrapper and a scuba lovin' additon to the team, Flippa-Dippa (SPJO No. 133, Oct 1970: "Jimmy Olsen, Superman's Pal, Brings Back the Newsboy Legion"). The modern Newsboy Legion, in their high tech, Whiz Wagon, teamed with Superman and his pal, Jimmy Olsen in a series of mind bending adventures ranging from meeting the Hairies, visiting the complex secret world of The DNA Project, the Golden Guardian and battling Darkseid's minions who unleashed The Four-Armed Terror.
