Supergirl meets the young Tommy Tomorrow when she journeys to the future and visits an interplanetary orphanage. Tommy unwittingly saves the Maid of Might from Kryptonite with one of his inventions and Supergirl returns the favor by saving his adoptive parents (Act No. 255, Aug 1959: "Supergirl Visits the 21st Century!").
