Thad Linnis
A cunning criminal who, by persuading Superman that he has solved the secret of his dual identity and threatening to expose it to the world, attempts to force Superman to remain outside Metropolis for two full weeks while he and his henchmen loot the city with a powerful “super-tank†which can be stopped only by Superman.
