Kaiser Bill and the Maniacs
A Metropolis motorcycle gang infiltrated by Lois Lane, and later, Superman. Eventually, Kaiser Bill is convinced to give up his criminal activities and dangerous trick riding after the Man of Steel arranges for Lois to completely outdo him in all aspects of stunt riding (SGLL No. 83, May 1968: "Witch on Wheels!").
