Formula X-22. An unknown alien chemical stored within Superman's Fortress of Solitude that exists in gaseous form and causes normal human beings to develop extreme criminal tendencies. In August 1966, Perry White upset a bottle containing the chemical, which radically altered the personalities of both himself and Gotham City police commissioner James Gordon, leading them to become Anti-Superman and Anti-Batman.
