Wegthor

Early in his scientific career, Jor-El designs an anti-gravity space vehicle that carries young Lara to Wegthor. Because of a mishap, Jor-El has to stow away on a more conventional rocket ship to rescue his future wife, who had survived in a valley that retained a minimal atmosphere (S No. 233, Jan 1971: "Jor-El's Golden Folly").
