In September 1939, Butch Crogan hires a night watchman of Bruce Constructions, Inc. to fix steel beams to kill steel workers. Crogan, in turn, had been hired by Nat Grayson, to slow the construction of the Atlas Building.
Crogan is killed by a policeman as he tries to escape arrest.
