Cheops

The second Pharoah of the 4th dynasty of Egypt, who reigned ca. 2590-2567 B.C. He was the builder of the Great Pyramid at Giza, the largest single building ever erected in ancient times. It has been calculated that 100,000 men working unceasingly would have required 20 years to complete the task. Superman met the great pharoah and helped to complete construction of his gigantic pyramid --single-handedly performing well over half the work-- during a time-journey [see Time Travel] to Egypt in the twenty-sixth century B.C. (WF No. 32, Jan/Feb 1948: "The Seventh Wonder of the World!").
