Gotham City
The East Coast United States city which is the resident city of Batman and Robin and the scene of most of their adventures. (TGSB)
Gotham City is also the home of the superheroes Batwoman, Bat-Girl and Batgirl as well as Police Commissioner James W. Gordon.
One of the city's noteworthy landmarks is the newspaper the Gotham Gazette, where Daily Planet editor Perry White once worked early in his career (WF No. 80, Jan/Feb 1956: "The Super-Newspaper of Gotham City").
