Wally West is the nephew of Iris West and Barry Allen aka The Flash. He also acts as The Flash's trusty side-kick. Together with the boy wonder, Robin, Kid Flash is a founding member of the Teen Titans (WF No. 205, Sep 1971: "The Computer that Captured a Town!").
