Antennae Boy has the ability to receive and broadcast radio waves from any wavelength as well as transmissions from the past as well as the future.
Rejected by the Legion of Super-Heroes in the 30th century for displaying a lack of control over his powers, which produce an annoying noisy racket and seem to tune into alternate realities, Antennae Boy later joins the Legion of Substitute Heroes (Adv No. 305, Feb 1963: "The Secret of the Mystery Legionnaire!"; DCCP No. 59, Jul 1983: "Ambush Bug II").
