Blacky Baird

A notorious criminal who attempts to lure Superman to his doom in a Kryptonite deathtrap only to be apprehended soon afterward through the combined efforts of Superman and Jimmy Olsen.

The pursuit of Baird is complicated by the fact that during the 12-hour period during which this adventure takes place, Superman's personality is imprisoned in the body of Jimmy Olsen and vice versa, as the result of both men's having unwittingly exposed themselves to the effects of a Saturnian mentality exchanger discovered by Superman during a journey through outer space (S No. 111, Feb 1957: "The Non-Super Superman!").
