Manuel Baeza
A citizen of the "tiny South American republic" of El Salmando who, except for his bald head, is an almost perfect look-alike for Superman. Superman gets Baeza to impersonate Clark Kent for a short time in order to protect the secret of his dual identity from the evil General Pedro Valdez (Act No. 306, Nov 1963: "The Great Superman Impersonation!").
