Stuff like "He can fly to the moon in minutes" makes me think this is all about the reboot Superman.

Seems like a combination of pre-boot and post-boot. Someone went to a lot of effort to write this thing, but there are no sources at all so I have no idea what s/he made up or what came from what comics. It could even be Birthright era, who knows. This is why we need references, folks.
