The Archer
A ruthless extortionist, clad in a green archer's costume, who extorts money from wealthy victims and murders those who refuse to pay with his bow and arrow. He is in reality Quigley, a "famous big-game hunter" who began hunting people instead of animals because "I-I thought hunting human beings would prove more profitable!"
