Boravia
A country where there is civil war until Superman forces the warring factions to come to an understanding. Bartow tries to secure a gas-mask-penetrating gas to fight there. The exact location of Boravia is unspecified, but it is a few hours flight by plane.
This is the second war Superman stops just by asking the leaders to talk out their problems (S No. 2/2, Sep 1939).
