A small-time criminal who was frequently employed by Lex Luthor as a henchman. Ted (short for "Theodore") Grand frequently worked with fellow hoods Nat Tryon and Tim Moore as the TNT Trio until Tryon's transformation into the villain called Neutron (Act No. 525/1, Nov 1981: "Neutron Nightmare!").
