Plastic Man started life out as a low-life good for nothing criminal named Eel O’Brian. One day he was accidentally doused with a special and mystery acid while, he was trying to commit a robbery. I’m stretchin’ like a rubber band!” “Why I can pull myself all out of shape! Now how did this happen?” “The acid! That’s it! Must’ve gotten into my bloodstream and caused a physical change!” (PC No.1, Aug 1941)
