Caretaker of the Superman Museum who becomes the powerful villain known as the Composite Superman. When lightning strikes the museum's display of Legion of Super-Heroes statues, Meach is transformed into the Composite Superman, a villain possessing the combined powers of the entire Legion membership and dedicated to the humiliation and destruction of Superman and Batman (WF No. 142, Jun 1964: "The Origin of the Composite Superman!" pts I-II—"The Composite Superman!"; "The Battle Between Titans!").
