Insect Queen (Lois Lane)
After Lois Lane is forced to temporarily move into her friend Lana Lang's apartment, Lois finds Lana's alien Insect Queen bio-ring. Lois uses the bio-ring to become a new Insect Queen in order to patrol Metropolis while Superman is on a mission in space. She later saves Superman from the clutches of Velvet O'Mara and the Anti-Superman Gang with help from Lana Lang (SGLL No. 69/1, Oct 1966: "Beware of the Bug-Belle!").
